Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Times:

• Processing Time: We pack, process, and ship your order within 1 to 2 working days
• Delivery Time: Most orders deliver within 3 to 15 working days, depending on destination.
• Delivery Cost: Free domestic shipping (For UK orders over £70) and all other countries are subject to a delivery fee based on their destination, which is calculated at checkout. All shipping cost are non-refundable
• Remote Areas: If your delivery address is in a remote area, we'll drop you an email about a small additional surcharge before we proceed.
• Delivery Restrictions: We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, military bases, hotels, hostels, or freight forwarders.
• Order Tracking: We'll email you a tracking number once your order's on its way, so that you can keep an eye on it.
• Delays: Bad weather or customs checks abroad can sometimes cause a short delay.
• Customs Charges: All International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so customs charges are rare. Occasionally a courier may still charge a customs fee without telling us, this wouldn't be included in your shipping or product cost and would be payable by you directly.
