We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Any additional shipping charges for international destinations will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays)
Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT/BST)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK Time) are usually processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Delayed Deliveries

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Public holidays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages

If your parcel appears to be lost:

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated during checkout.
